About the Role:
As a Sr. Salesforce Developer at Constellation, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing sales systems, and architecting scalable solutions to support our revenue-generating teams. Your expertise in revenue operations, data analytics, and system administration will contribute to the optimization of our processes and enable us to achieve our revenue goals.  This role will require a qualified individual to work onsite 3 days per week out of our New York City office.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and integration needs
- Oversee the execution of go-to-market (GTM) operations activities including, but not limited to, account and opportunity ownership, territory management, quota setting, forecasting, customer and prospect campaign execution, contact and lead management, and general financial reporting
- Design, implement and manage strong data integrity processes and controls to measure and report on key prospecting, pipeline, and revenue metrics
- Continuous improvement maintaining the data quality in Salesforce
- Deliver enablement and training on new and developing processes for the broader GTM and finance teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related support and issue resolution.
- Document processes and flows from a user flow and system flow perspective in Figma
Job Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and best practices
- Strong ability to understand end-user needs and transform those needs into effective and efficient business solutions
- Must have the ability to take the initiative and ownership towards solution development
- Ability to express the strengths of the Salesforce platform, while understanding where other portfolio products can most effectively integrate to achieve the most secure and productive overall solution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- 5+ years experience in the Salesforce Platform & Sales Cloud
- 2+ years in a lead role

Compensation Package:
The total compensation package is made up of base compensation, equity, and benefits
New York Pay Range: $90,000 - $150,000
