We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Software Engineer to join our dynamic team! The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs. As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will collaborate with multi-functional teams, analyze requirements, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your expertise in Salesforce development, configuration, and integration will contribute to the success of our organization.

**This role is approved to be fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.**

Duties and Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Customize and extend Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other relevant technologies.
• Implement and maintain automation processes using workflows, process builder, and flows.

Integration:

• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and external databases.
• Develop and maintain API integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other business applications.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with business analysts, collaborators, and other development teams to capture and understand requirements.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to craft and implement solutions that align with business objectives.

Code Review and Optimization:

• Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, code quality, and maintainability.
• Identify areas for optimization and improvement in existing Salesforce implementations.

Documentation:

• Build and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Deliver training and support to junior developers and end-users.

Troubleshooting and Support:

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by end-users related to Salesforce functionality.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.

Stay Current with Salesforce Technologies:

• Stay abreast of Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve Salesforce capabilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I and II, App Builder) are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing sophisticated Salesforce solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce integration technologies.
• Experience with source control and continuous integration tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Heroku and other Salesforce-related technologies.

Pay Range:

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate's qualifications and prior experience.

$6,805.95 - $11,921.25

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
