Sr. Salesforce Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead/Architect with over 8 years of experience in application development, including a significant amount of time in senior technical roles. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in Salesforce, including hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as advanced capabilities in designing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires an expert who can manage teams, drive projects forward, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including complex Marketing Cloud integrations, and ensure they align with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Serve as the Scrum Master, utilizing Agile methodologies to guide development teams, optimize workflows, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and lead the resolution of bugs, challenges, and escalations.
• Plan, organize, and execute POD-based development for Salesforce projects, ensuring smooth project delivery and team coordination.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns and other Salesforce-based solutions, focusing on campaign management, segmentation, and analytics.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce architectural solutions, leveraging technologies like Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Salesforce Lightning, and Process Builder.
• Lead the integration of data sources for campaign management, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Apply expertise in data modeling (e.g., star, snowflake) and work with tools related to Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, and Master Data Management (MDM).

Technical Skills:

• Experience in application development with a focus on Salesforce, including at least 5 years in a senior developer or technical lead role.
• Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a solid understanding of integrating data sources for campaign management, segmentation, and analytics.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing Salesforce development teams and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Salesforce Lightning, and Process Builder.
• Expertise in web technologies: HTML, XML, CSS, JSP, WSDL, and SOAP for integration and UI development.
• Experience in designing architectural solutions for complex Salesforce implementations, including leveraging best practices.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including serving as Scrum Master to optimize team performance and project delivery.
• Solid understanding of data modeling techniques and experience with data-related technologies such as Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, and MDM.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong experience with Salesforce Communities, Lightning Components, and Visual Workflows.
• Familiarity with business intelligence, infrastructure, networks, and integration software.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
