1. Follow the complete SDLC process in SAP MM and Ariba Procurement for managing IT changes and support incidents. Ariba Upstream and Downstream– Buying and Invoicing, Approval workflows, SLP Supplier onboarding, offboarding, Sourcing Contract, CIG mapping experience, trouble shooting, configurations, enhancements in Ariba and in S4 side.
2. Document and improve existing Direct and Indirect procurement Processes
3. Manage SAP Concur setup for various countries and integration with SAP Finance
4. Work closely with the ABAP Technical development team to provide guidance and clarification on requirements. 
5. Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure SAP MM Procurement, PP solutions that meet business requirements.
6. Ensure that the solutions align with best practices, industry standards, and the organization's IT architecture. 
7. Develop and execute test plans and test cases to validate the functionality and performance of the SAP MM, PP and Ariba.
8. Collaborate with the business users to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the solutions meet the defined acceptance criteria. 
9. Facilitate change management activities by providing training, documentation, and support to end-users.
10. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new SAP features and functionalities related to production planning and materials management.
11. Identify process improvement, automation, and optimization opportunities within the SAP MM, PP and Ariba modules. 
12. Manage CWP platforms like SAP Fieldglass or Workday and educate business and end users about best practices
13. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with business priorities and objectives. 
14. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with business users, SAP consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication, alignment, and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

• Minimum Qualifications and Experience 

1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 
2. About 5-7 years’ IT experience as a Sr. Consultant or Solution Architect or System Analyst in SAP implementations, with a focus on SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, and SAP Fieldglass. 
3. In-depth knowledge of SAP MM, PP Ariba functionalities, system configuration, and integration with other SAP modules. 
4. Understanding of production planning and materials management processes in manufacturing environments. 

• Desired Qualifications and Experience 

1. Ability to gather and document business requirements, contribute to functional specifications, and prioritize tasks effectively. 
2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues in SAP MM, PP, Ariba functions and processes. 
4. Experience with Agile methodologies and practices is desirable. 
5. Ability to travel to plants when needed to support projects and annual physical inventories. 
6. SAP certification(s) Materials Management (MM), Ariba, and/or Production Planning (PP) would be an advantage.
