Job Description
The Organization
What’s happening at Entrada Therapeutics? Our mission is to transform the treatment of devastating diseases and improve patients’ quality of life through intracellular therapeutics. Leveraging our proprietary Endosomal Escape Vehicle (EEV)TM platform, we are advancing a robust development portfolio of RNA-, antibody- and enzyme-based programs for the potential treatment of neuromuscular, immunological, ocular and metabolic diseases, among others.
Our novel approach to drug design and delivery addresses current challenges associated with both large and small molecule therapeutics and represents a fundamental advancement in the field of intracellular therapeutics.
We’re a tight-knit team of experts and leaders in both therapeutics development and rare diseases and are excited to grow and attract colleagues who are ready to join a high energy, dedicated team that likes to get things done and dramatically improve the lives of patients and their families.
The Perfect Fit
You should be versatile, self-motivated, timeline and progress oriented, and looking forward to rolling up your sleeves, as you’ll be a member of the product development team. You will be managing and leading the bioanalytical aspects to support various modalities including oligonucleotides and proteins, to perform quantitative bioanalysis in complex biological matrices, and to actively explore, investigate and implement innovative technologies to facilitate program progress. You’ll be mentoring junior team members and supervising their day-to-day operations and developments. You’ll thrive in our team by leading internal efforts as well as managing CRO activities to provide timely bioanalytical support for pre-IND and IND enabling studies. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to scientific publications and regulatory submissions as needed.
You should also enjoy a fast-paced environment and juggling competing priorities. You follow up and follow through, connecting problems with solutions efficiently. You work successfully in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills to effectively build working relationships inside and outside the company.

- Lead in-house sample analysis and interpret/deliver high-quality data to support non-GLP studies (PK/ADME), and present results in team meetings.
- Investigate and implement other cutting-edge platforms outside field of expertise to meet challenging program needs.
- Manage non-GLP and GLP bioanalytical activities at CRO partners; provide scientific guidance and technical support on method transfer/development, qualification/validation, and sample analysis at CROs.
- Mentor and train junior scientists/associates.
- Manage both internal and external timelines for bioanalytical support to meet program timelines, communicate and work with stakeholders in a timely manner to avoid any delays.
