Automation Tester

• 8+ years of functional QA experience in manual and automation testing
• Experience with US retirement and annuities business domain is preferable
• Technical expertise in UI and API automation using Selenium, Protractor, SOAP/REST
• Ability to create and modify automation frameworks
• Knowledge of BDD, Cucumber, Gherkin scripts
• Experience in testing full technology or End to End stack including web/UI, services and data layers
• Ability to identify test requirements and write feature files
• Thorough understanding of test requirements, planning and strategy, test data needs, test tools and techniques
• Mandatory Agile delivery experience, knowledge of JIRA tool
• Good understanding of devops, CICD pipelines and defect management
• Ability to lead/handle medium to large size project test requirements independently
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members in multiple geographies and time zones
• Excellent communication to allow collaboration with business analysts, UAT and development stakeholders
• Ability to innovate, transform and strategize best test solutions for given test requirements to meet delivery timelines and business requirements
• Thorough status reporting, ability to identify and mitigate project and test timeline risks
• Good to have OMNI product knowledge
