Sr. Security Analyst

Waystar is looking for our next rock star to fill our Tier I/II Security Operations (Incident Response) role.

What we're looking for:
• Has knowledge of information systems and their administration (Windows, Linux, MacOS)• 2-5 years' experience in incident response, tracking, and remediation• 2-5 years' experience using security tools such as SIEM, SOAR, DLP, O365 email security, AzureAD• 2-5 years' experience working in log/event management/investigation• Knowledge of forensics, containment, and triage• Blue Team experience• Has working knowledge of network architecture principles and practices • The ability to do basic scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc)

Preferred Skills:
• Working experience in Windows, Linux, and MacOS• MacOS, Windows, Linux, Mobile forensics experience• Malware Analysis experience• Table Top Exercises• Threat Hunting• Threat Intelligence• Scripting Guru or DevOPS experience • Proven Maintenace of knowledge and skill sets (Certs, Blogs, Publications, etc)• The ability to write technical documentation

Preferred Certifications:

GCIH (or equivalent)
GCFA (or equivalent)
GCFE (or equivalent)
GNFA (or equivalent)
