Denver Salary Range: $103,000 - $134,000
The Base Pay component of our Total Rewards package is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to: job responsibilities, location, experience and, education/certifications. In addition to the pay component, this role may be eligible for equity and benefits as part of the Total Rewards package. The Total Rewards package will be determined at the time a contingent offer is made.

The Impact You Will Make:
- Own Corporate Accounts's Self Service product
- Work closely with senior team leaders throughout the org to ensure focus on greater business goals, and be responsible for other ongoing advanced projects assigned by the VP
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take direction and sprint with it with limited direction
- Proactively provide researched & benchmarked ideas on how to continuously improve the Corporate Accounts Self Service segment
- End to end management, development, and thought management of the Self Service business
- Through cross-functional collaboration and resource allocation/adjustments/recommendations, ensure business objectives are met
- Influence decision makers to guide to optimal outcomes not only for Self Service, but also for Grubhub Corporate Accounts and Grubhub overall
- Identify, develop, and execute areas of opportunity for strategy
- Manage a cross-functional team with no direct or official reporting lines
- Have hubris and ability to think holistically to ensure that clients are being slotted into appropriate Corporate Accounts segment - you don't feel the need to "land-grab" at the expense of what's best for the client and Grubhub overall.
- Ideat new and improve existing tools, content, policies and processes to enhance the Self Service segment
- Articulate risk / reward trade offs in pursuit of continuous improvement
- Communication skills to explain present and future state of Self Service segment to leadership across Grubhub
Responsibilities:
- With guidance from the GM of Corporate Accounts, you will be responsible for setting the strategic vision for Grubhub Corporate Accounts Self Service. It is expected that you will set a course, and drive a cross functional team to achieve the outcomes, OKRs, and KPIs that you set.
- Use your curiosity and other skills to execute quickly, make the business 1% better every day, and develop playbooks to grow our corporate accounts business - from high-level strategy to specific operational details.
- Develop and optimize strategies for best serving our corporate self service clients and make determinations as to where we should invest /allocate our resources.
- It will be critical to motivate and influence partners that you do not have direct management authority over. Your tact and ability to influence with data will be critical to building and growing a world class product. A key input to success is creating a morale of excitement to go bigger, and go faster.
- Cross functional alignment is key to hitting goals while keeping yourself and cross-functional peers motivated. You will be the lynchpin between corporate leadership, product, legal, business operations and strategy, and other teams.
- Dream big and start small when it comes to this business - you are the owner of the strategy and other key pieces of infrastructure that allow the Self Service segment to succeed
- With open-ended and ambiguous goals, you need to be comfortable in the face of uncertainty - seek to find problems and show a bias for action to marry those the uncertainty and problems with solutions and growth.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, preferably in sales and/or client success
- History of owning and exceeding quota, and an interest in learning how to manage a P&L.
- Experience and comfort engaging in a cross-functional manner.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Native-level fluency in English is required.
