Sr. Senior Social Media Account Manager (Dallas)
Job Description
We are looking for a smart, creative, and driven Sr. Social Media Manager based in Dallas, Texas, for a work-from-home position.
ARE YOU IN?
You love making clients happy and using your organizational and communication skills to make sure accounts are getting top-notch customer service. You like developing relationships and sharing ideas to help clients move the needle in their business. You like strategizing, writing, and creating interesting social media content. You listen to digital and social media marketing podcasts to learn the latest trends and improve yourself. You don't shy away when a new platform emerges - you're the first to test it. You're curious about travel and love to explore new cities.
EXPERIENCE
Our ideal candidate has at least one year of agency experience or has spent time managing multiple social media accounts. You're ready to hit the ground running and have the ability to see projects through to completion. Armed with real-world experience managing multiple social channels for businesses, you're looking to spearhead creative strategies and have the confidence and competence to see those projects through to completion. You love analyzing reports to see where you can improve your efforts. If you can't spell and don't have great attention to detail, seriously, don't apply. You'll be working closely with other team members to ensure everything happens like clockwork for your clients.
ROLE
This is a full-time work-from-home position based in Dallas with occasional client travel. No two days are alike at Casual Fridays, so you need to be the kind of person that's a self-motivated go-getter ready to lead your clients and your team to success. Client account management can be challenging, but your communication skills and methodical follow-up ensure that clients stay happy. You'll collaborate with clients to brainstorm marketing ideas and initiatives, oversee their execution, then report on their successes (or failures). Additionally, you'll be comfortable with delegation and know how to prioritize.
You will work in a high-pressure environment, occasionally under very tight deadlines, and you're the point of contact for your clients. Did we mention that spelling and grammar are extremely important? Yes, we did.
Job Location: Dallas, TX. Work from home. Relocation not provided for this position.
