Sr. Service Delivery Consultant - Software License Compliance
Job Description
Provides comprehensive solutions to complex risk and audit issues. Leads major programs with significant business impact involving cross-functional teams to resolve enterprise risk and audit issues. Influences strategic direction and develops tactical plans. The role requires one to be a proactive and strategic business partner in an IT environment striving to meet current and anticipated business objectives. The individual serves as a single point of contact and must be capable of managing initiative-based portfolios in a multi-matrixed environment. They are also the escalation and resolution point for managing implementation risks and challenges. Key skill sets include the ability to execute a portfolio using consulting skills, proactively drive innovative business solutions, and use technical, enterprise, and business knowledge. Associates in this job code do not manage people.
The candidate for this role will lead a broad portfolio of initiatives and audit issues to increase the scope of 3 rd party software compliance monitoring across all the major technology platforms and new emerging technologies. The goal is to reduce the amount of 3 rd party contractual compliance and operational risks.
Identify, scope, and frame contractual compliance risk issues.

- Socialize and gain senior leadership agreement on risk issues
- Gain formal approval of risk issues
- Develop strategies and solutions to resolve risk issues
- Lead implementation of the solutions to address risk issues
- Coordinate cross functional participants across CIO groups, Risk Mgt., Audit, Global Procurement, Legal, and other various groups.
- Understand policies, standards and processes that interact with Software Compliance team, establish partnerships with peers and external business partners to ensure changes align to bank standards and create a cohesive solution with partnering organizations (Global Procurement, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Vendor Management, CIO tech teams, etc.).
Required Skills & Abilities:

- Strong risk management skills including segmentation of risks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze, interpret, and match data from multiple data sources
- Process design & re-engineering competencies to drive process efficiencies, simplification and automation
- Knowledge and experience with software contracts negotiation, software sourcing and/or software procurement
- Ability to read and identify relevant terms and conditions as they relate to the software license compliance.
- Ability to navigate in a complex organization and operate effectively in a dynamic environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Desired Skills & Abilities:
- Risk Management experience
- 5--10 Years Software License Monitoring experience leading vendor Audits & Allegations for Fortune 500 companies.
- Usage of a Software License Management Tool i.e. - Flexera Network Management Suite (FNMS)
- Knowledge of Discovery Tools i.e. BMC Discovery, Microsoft CB
- Bachelor degree and/or Masters degree or equivalent

Colorado pay range:
$120,000 - $169,200 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible

Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
