Sr. ServiceNow Product Architect

Job Description:

This global role is a technology partner to the GBS to manage and deliver services to optimize and enhance the ServiceNow platforms across our global business segments. Technology services include, technology assessment and solution reviews, change and tenant management, security administration, as well as overseeing technology partners and supporting delivery projects. This role Is critical to ensuring that our core platforms ServiceNow are efficiently managed to support continuous improvement in an agile environment. This strategic role partners closely with our Global Business Service Lines Digital Technology teams on business requirements, solution design and oversight of onshore and offshore technology delivery resources.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Agile & Waterfall certification
• 5+ years Experience with ServiceNow platform with Workflow
• Proven Experience of E2E workflow implementation with ServiceNow
• Strong knowledge of project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, ServiceNow PPM, and other relevant applications
• Experience in relevant GBS (STP, OTC, H2R) business process area
• Project and Program experience (as part of a project team or as a project manager)
• Strong stakeholder management skills are essential
• Experience of supporting business change, testing and communication
• Confident in identifying and escalating key points/issues
• Experience in ensuring project deliverables is accurate and to the right quality
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Strong planning and task management skills

What will be your responsibilities?

• Product and Strategy Architecture: Implements STP, HTR, Labs, and ITSM best practices, processes and associated tools in conjunction with ServiceNow.
• Collaborates with Enterprise Architecture, GDO platform, and service line technology teams to prioritize, develop and align ServiceNow road map to the enterprise's current and future needs.
• Discovers, designs, implements and tests ServiceNow solutions leveraging current and new ServiceNow features that align with enterprise strategy and roadmap.
• Strong and engaging people manager with experience managing technology partners
• Consultative technology partner that understands business needs and is solutions focused
• Effective Product Manager who manages projects and budgets well Curiosity and passionate learner who has an architect mindset for sustainable end to end solutions.
• This role will be responsible for the product roadmap, strategy & architecture design, development & configuration, integration, implementation/testing, and governance of the Mars MGS ServiceNow platform.
• This role will engage in projects, working with the Mars platform, Enterprise Architect, and other technology teams

• Focused on improving associate experience, the role will be responsible for the deployment of E2E GBS IT Capabilities which address functional and business segment strategies, by engaging client stakeholders and utilizing technology teams to solution and deliver projects and enhancements.
• Co-Lead a centre of expertise for E2E technology and complementary GBS functional solutions, defining and enabling global technology standards, efficient operational processes and delivering common solutions that enhance associate experience.
• Lead ServiceNow platform administration including change and tenant management as well as security administration and testing
• Lead the global GPO governance processes with respect to new capabilities, enhancements to platforms, partnering with release management SMEs to deliver change with agility and quality
• Working with global stakeholders and process in each service line
• Understanding local and global process complexities and language requirements
• Creating roadmaps and strategies for multidimensional ecosystem of complexities across platforms and capabilities ( ex: MSFT, SNOW, RPA)
