We have a wonderful opportunity to join our amazing team as a Sr. Social Media & Marketing Associate for our animal health products used globally. As our Social Media Marketing Associate, you will be directly involved in building and enhancing Cresilon's corporate and brand images and awareness on all relevant social media platforms. You will also be involved in the marketing efforts of the company to help build awareness of the communities we serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media• Actively manage our social media relationships on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter, as well as develop new ones.• Manage, develop, and oversee social media strategy, content, and calendar (daily/weekly)• Respond to inbound social media traffic and be the voice of our social media outreach.• Find and engage new potential influencers of our products and build a community passionate about improving patient outcomes.• Generate monthly statistical reports with social analytics and trends to track growth.• Report on online reviews and feedback• Increase social media following and traffic to our platforms and websites.

Marketing• Create and curate relevant digital content so stakeholders can learn and be educated on our products, as well as training, best practices, application techniques or specialty procedures.• Maintain our website presence and update our website as needed.• Create content for advertising and develop engaging email campaigns.• Participate and coordinate social medical events such as virtual medical conferences and livestream webinars.

Requirements• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.• 3+ years or more of social media and Marketing required.• Proven track record of successfully maintaining Social Media platforms/sites.• Animal Health and/or Human Healthcare Social Media Marketing experience a strong plus.• Strong knowledge of SEO (Paid & Organic), keyword research and Google analytics.• Experience managing and maintaining a website.• Experience developing email campaigns and managing customer lifecycle engagement.• Proficient using tools such Hootsuite, HubSpot, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), WordPress or WebFlow.• Excellent writing & storytelling skills• Experience working and managing agencies.• Strong Project Management Skills

Salary Range $85,000-110,000
