Sr. Social Strategist

Critical Mass is actively seeking a Sr. Social Strategist to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is someone who knows social media and has a genuine interest in providing strategic leadership.

You have:

• Mid-level social strategist to help develop, implement and execute social media strategy for various brand handles, must have strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and LinkedIn
• You have an insatiable appetite for learning and self-improvement
• Like rolling up your sleeves and executing client work across a wide range of accounts
• Love building processes and systems, with the goal to help scale the department

You will:

• Responsible for planning, developing and implementing social media strategy for clients
• Develop, refine and champion an organic social strategy for all social accounts that supports business and communications objectives
• Identify, brainstorm and test new ways to engage a broader audience, working in partnership with our agency and paid social team and provide strategic recommendations on actions to take to improve engagement
• Collaborate and communicate with creative team to ensure content is social first and in alignment with client needs
• Conduct and deliver audits outlining opportunities for better engagement and optimization within clients’ targeted social platforms
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Responsible for designing, presenting, and implementing social media strategies and campaigns that are customized to our client’s unique goals, audiences, and brand requirements
• Crafting and implementing innovative, effective social media growth strategies
• Crafting and implementing social media management processes
• Crafting and maintaining social media content calendars
• Staying abreast of social media trends; identifying opportunities to successfully use those trends to benefit client work
• Pulling, compiling, analyzing, and synthesizing social media performance metrics into reports
• Delivering and explaining social media reports to clients; deriving strategic recommendations based on the contents of social media reports
