Sr. Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software systems using cutting-edge technologies in Java, Python, and Cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, triage, and resolve complex technical issues, from development to testing to deployment.
• Participate in code reviews, identify advanced-level issues and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Manage cross-functional communications between technical and non-technical teams to ensure efficient and accurate work.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, including analyzing logs, performing memory/CPU profiling, and identifying code-level issues.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, setting a high standard for excellence in software development and teamwork.
• Develop functional specifications and participate in UX/UI design sessions.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in software development across multiple programming languages and platforms.(Java, Scala, C/C++, Golang, Python.)
• Advanced-level experience building complex software applications.
• Experience working in an Agile, collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with Java, Python, and Cloud-based development platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead junior engineers to achieve results.
