Sr. Software Engineer II, Test Automation

TECH STACK:

Typescript, JavaScript, Swift, or Kotlin, React, React Native, React Testing Library, Storybook, WebDriverIO, Docker, Appium

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Works effectively with a cross functional teams of 4-5 engineers and can act as a mentor or leader to junior engineers.
• Works to create a safe working environment where all employees are valued for their contributions.
• Responsible for collaborating on design, troubleshooting, documentation, development & testing of applications, internal tooling, and software test frameworks.
• Creates, designs, develops, modifies, tests, and supports testing software, tools, and frameworks.
• Independently identifies testing opportunities in the software process and collaborates with cross-functional team members to develop, modify, and incorporate appropriate changes to the code base.
• Push the boundaries of how software development works in a regulatory environment.

YOU'RE AWESOME AT:

• Deep knowledge and experience with modern software development and testing practices and industry standards.
• Skilled at fostering an inclusive environment that supports an effective exchange of information between diverse groups.
• 5+ years of experience in the field for web or mobile software development or in related areas.
• Experience with web or mobile platform specific development languages (i.e. Typescript, JavaScript, Swift, or Kotlin).
• Proficient with common and industry standard test practices, frameworks, and tools: testing trophy, react testing library, jest, webdriver.io, espresso, xcuitest, and appium.
