Bardy Diagnostics is an exciting, fast-growing organization within Baxter with unique and compelling products looking for the right Integration Engineer to help us achieve our mission. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting, sophisticated technical problems and contribute to the development of innovative products that make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our back-end data services platform and supporting data integration and reporting projects. You will be a key contributor on a team bringing data accessibility and visibility to the organization corporate-wide. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining complex data-focused solutions centering around finance and manufacturing functions
- Designing, documenting, coding, testing, and debugging data-focused solutions
- Creating robust reporting solutions
- Performing root cause analysis to prevent problem recurrence
- Providing strategy, architecture, design, and automation options to increase efficiencies and simplify integration across multiple platforms
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience with detailed knowledge of data warehousing, infrastructure components, ETL/ELT, and reporting/analytic tools
- 5+ years of experience working with structured and unstructured data in cloud-based storage platforms
- Experience in data profiling and a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Experience developing reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and technical troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Azure iPaaS experience
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other version control tools
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell
- Work experience in a regulated environment

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $112,000 to $154,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
