The right candidate will have a solid understanding of full stack Windows development, latest industry trends and frameworks. As a Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to implement and grow as a full stack developer by delivering great products to our users. You'll help build Windows and service-oriented applications on a .Net platform as well as delighting users with a clean, intuitive interface using the latest technologies. You will also have the opportunity to bring your creativity and ideas to the table to deliver better solutions to our users.

Core Requirements and Responsibilities:
Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:

• Contributes independently to multiple functional and technical areas within a product

• Responsible for developing new features and supporting/bug fixing existing features

• Unit and integration testing
• Creates artifacts/documents that are valuable to the team
• Integrating and updating the Accounting System
• Debugging issues across the whole stack - OS, DB, applications, and network

• Continued ownership of technical growth including:

• Product and business knowledge
• Problem solving skills
• Technical knowledge
• Process knowledge

• Share what they know by mentoring other team members

• Closely follow industry trends and the open source community

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ensures quality of code written or reviewed
• Adheres to quality/technical team standards
• Makes decisions in their area of responsibility that help maintainability, reuse, security and performance

• Able to diagnose issues and provide solutions for multiple functional and technical areas within a product

Qualifications:
We need product developers that have:

• Experience with implementing software development principles and design patterns, preferably .Net
• Capability to implement solutions independently

• Experience with implementing an elegant user experience using WinForm and WPF frameworks
• Experience with Web API and SaaS products

• Are creative and committed to solving problems for our users
• Have an intense passion for programming

• Can interact with customers to gather insights and translate technical concepts
• Operate in a fast-paced, flexible work environment
• Love to collaborate with others

Additional Requirements and Details:

• Travel required up to 10% of the time.

• Located and working from an office location.
• Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
• Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.

The Professional Services (PS) and Customer Success (CX) bonus plans are a quarterly monetary bonus plan based upon individual and practice performance against specific business metrics. Eligibility is determined by several factors including: start date, good standing in the company, and actives status at time of payout.

Commission plans are tailored to each sales role but common components include quota, MBO's and ABPMs. Salespeople receive their formal compensation plan within 30 days of hire.
