Grant Thornton LLP is seeking multiple Sr. Solution Architects to perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout the enterprise leveraging Oracle enterprise resource planning (ERP). Manage complex, large-scale implementations within Oracle ERP Practice. Focus on Oracle ERP Cloud full life cycle implementation work including planning, design, and build phases. Responsible for documenting business requirements, system design, and transformational goals. Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing. Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption. Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment. Provide post-production support. Lead teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, prototyping, testing, defining support procedures, and process design (including scenario design and flow mapping). Provide assistance with business development and practice development. Up to 70% travel to various unanticipated client locations across the U.S. Travel to various unanticipated client locations across the U.S. May work remotely.

Job Requirements:

Employer requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related engineering field, or the foreign degree equivalent, and 5 years of progressively more responsible experience as a Computer Systems Engineer, Architect, Consultant, or related alternate acceptable occupation. Work or academic experience must have included: transitioning clients from on-premises/ legacy applications to Oracle Enterprise applications; working with client executives to gather requirements, understand business needs, identify business improvement opportunities, and translate them into functional/technical solutions in Oracle SCM Enterprise applications; business domain in manufacturing and supply chain industries with Oracle Supply Chain management (SCM) Application including Oracle Demand Management (DM), Oracle Supply chain Planning (SCP) and Oracle Manufacturing; executing Oracle solution feasibility assessments, develop enterprise solution roadmaps and implementation approaches; providing functional support to business transformation in Global planning, manufacturing, and third-party logistics providers; collaborating with Business & IT teams building Master data. Developing solutions to manage enterprise data and metadata for large clients; leading User Acceptance Testing, training Business teams, defining business use case, scenario and data variabilities; and preparing business readiness, cutover task, and Go-Live activities for Oracle implementations.
