We are currently seeking a Sr. Solutions Manager to join our team .
The Sr. Solutions Manager will manage a staff of professional-level team members in business architecture, information architecture and data science. The ideal candidate will work within general policies and management guidance, independently determining approach to managing daily operations. As a Sr. Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and implementing state government infrastructure and solutions. Pursuit support would include large-scale Medicaid Management Information Systems, healthcare data warehouse and analytics, electronic health record systems, health information exchanges, and eligibility management systems.
Primary Job Responsibilities• Provides guidance and technical advice, becoming actively involved as necessary to senior management.• Identify, develop and create revenue generation opportunities with existing clients and may identify and drive new sales with new clients. • Ensures practice standards for managing engagements are met or exceeded. • Support new client pursuits in the form of meetings, writing RFPs, curating and developing reusable content, and collaborating with practice and sales leaders to generate appropriate solutions and approaches to meeting clients' stated needs.• Partner directly with the specific technology subject matter experts and technical leads to ensure architecture standards are adopted and solutions are aligned with enterprise technology stacks.• Architect solutions designed as reusable components (ex. API's/ Microservices) that compose an overall solution that's flexible, scalable, performant, and provides excellent user experience.• Accountable for the implementation of cross-functional solution architecture of all technologies, our technology stack, governance, processes, and operations• Understand and proactively assess the current state of the technology and identify gaps and overlaps, helping with change and release management• Ensure technologies are optimized, recommending investments and rationalization, and if necessary, conduct technology assessment and selection• Possess deep industry understanding and a point-of-view of the services provided, and the technologies/products used in the industry to effectively make decisions on product usage and investment• Work closely with business development teams to identify and close on opportunities• Capable of building and supporting complex cost models• Develop strong client and internal relationships to expand current projects, and identify new business and cross-selling opportunities• Develop and maintain contact with top decision-makers at key clients• Participate and lead technical aspects of the proposal development process• Collaborate with Practice Directors to develop integrated solutions• Represent NTT Data Services at key conferences and seminars
Basic Qualification Qualifications
o Minimum ten years experience and a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, applied sciences, OR • Minimum of 15 years of working directly in a role with a data management / solutions architect lead job title. • Minimum 10 years relevant role experience, this includes 3-5 years managerial/leadership experience.• Minimum ten years of experience consulting with government Agencies at the State or Federal level.• Minimum Five years of public health, transportation, or social benefits program (Unemployment, Welfare, etc.) experience.• Minimum five years of writing client deliverables such as assessment and strategy documents.• Minimum five years working in a consultant capacity directly with clients.• Minimum three years working with NIST 800-53.
Preferred Qualifications• Demonstrate experience in leading pre-sales technical solution efforts in the state and local healthcare sector, including large-scale Medicaid Management Information Systems, healthcare data warehouse and analytics, electronic health record systems, health information exchanges, and eligibility management systems. • Graduate degree preferred.
Experience with AWS or Azure cloud service providers is a strong plus.• Must have a strong understanding of cloud computing proven by having worked within a cloud environment for at least two years or have obtained a cloud certification.• A strong understanding of capability-maturity models used to assess data management capabilities. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with demonstrated ability to exercise mature judgment• Demonstrative experience to
o Conduct complete technical discovery, identifying pain points, business, and technical requirements, as is and to be scenarios
o Compare solution alternatives across technical and business parameters supporting the defined cost and service requirements.
o Assess client technical capabilities and create alignment with client business needs to decrease technical debt.

For Colorado Candidates
In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $128000-190,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
