Summary of the Job:

Full Time - Thurs - Mon 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

About This Role:

Responsible for assisting in managing the departmental work flow and performing duties of a Lead Payment Processor. Support management in the development, planning and system implementation. Support performance improvement activities in Retail Lockbox and special projects as assigned.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Assist department manager with delivering products that are efficient yet delivered in a quality for Retail Lockbox.

2. Assist management with the implementation of enhancement products to current products lines.

3. Monitor the department work flow to ensure that the customers get Quality Products and Superior Services.

4. Performs miscellaneous duties, as assigned.

Additional Qualifications:

1. Standard office machine experience

2. Demonstrated ability to solve or support complex clerical/department functions.

3. Personal computer skills.

4. Six months of previous Payment Processor experience.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Basic Qualifications:

1. Regular and predictable attendance is a required essential function of the job.

2. High school diploma or equivalent.

3. One year related experience (production or payment processing).

4. Ability to understand and follow standard procedures, oral or written instruction.
