Sr. Specialist Marketing Technology
Job Description
Cambria is seeking a passionate, technically savvy and driven individual for the role of Sr Specialist in Marketing Technology. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make significant impact across Cambria Digital Experience, Marketing and Sales departments. Focus will be on bolstering our marketing technology roadmap, supporting martech platforms training, cross functional technology programs, tools configuration and integration into our martech stack ecosystem, as well as delivery of new capabilities - enabling our digital marketers to reach audiences across our communications channels.
Partnering with marketing product management, you will understand the needs of our marketers and our core customers while bringing to the table deep subject matter expertise in martech systems, methodology, processes, and best practices. With this understanding, you will leverage SaaS marketing technology to deliver solutions that create marketing efficiencies and entirely new ways to reach our Cambria audience at scale. You'll help to define business requirements and solution strategy, support troubleshooting of martech systems with cross functional teams, and enable optimization efforts around efficiencies, scalability and platform adaption.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage team members, prioritize opportunities, drive business requirements, and implement marketing technology solutions in partnership with our product and engineering partners.
- Execute against a design/vision and product roadmap for a solution, including the framework, while prioritizing features and measure success.
- Foster a close partnership with internal and external teams, with the ability to represent the voice of the digital marketer during the implementation of marketing technology solutions.
- Own the launch plan for marketing technology solutions, working with internal and external vendors and our program manager.
- Collaborate with program managers and other stakeholders to facilitate discussion, drive cross-functional alignment, and partner on the implementation of solutions.
Requirements
- Must be a self-starter, detailed oriented and organized
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Effective relationship building skills and problem solving abilities
- Experience using Google Suites with a strong emphasis in Word and Excel
- Experience implementing Martech solutions, including multi-channel campaign management and measurement platforms, data platforms, CRM systems, events platforms, or similar.
- Experience with technology solution change management, navigating technical constraints, and establishing frameworks to prioritize features and measure success.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders, facilitate discussion, navigate ambiguity, and guide cross-functional alignment
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience: 3 years of experience implementing digital marketing SaaS solutions, driving business requirements, proposing solutions, and launching Marketing Technology
Systems: Adobe Experience Manager, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, SiteCore, SDL, Adobe Target, VWO, Yext, SproutSocial, Marketo, Shopify, AWS, Botify and SEMRush
Additional Requirements
Managerial Responsibilities: No
Travel Requirements: Limited travel regionally and nationally
Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use.
