Sr. Strategy + BizOps Associate

Position OverviewDaily Harvest is looking for a Sr. Strategy + BizOps Associate to join our growing Strategy team. The Strategy team thought-partners with leaders across the business to evaluate opportunities to enable rapid growth in our customer base, drive innovation in the customer experience, and improve our competitive market position. Additionally, the Strategy team owns and manages our annual planning process and helps drive the scoping of complex, high-value, cross-functional projects.Â
The Sr. Strategy + BizOps Associate role will report to our Director of Strategy and will support our long-term strategy development, our annual planning process, and overall business operations.
What you’ll do:
- Strategy:
- Structure and conduct quantitative analysis and market research on new opportunities and industry trends
- Develop and manage our competitive landscape & on-going monitoring processÂ
- Support the development of our long-term company strategyÂ
- Act as an internal consultant; collaborating with with other cross-functional team members on specific initiative or department strategy development and executionÂ
- Annual Planning:
- Work cross-functionally to support Roadmap stakeholders through planning process, providing feedback on initiatives identifiedÂ
- Work closely with Strategic Finance and Strategic Analytics to support initiative sizing and prioritization as part of the annual planning process
- Business Operations:
- Collaborate with our Sr. Planning & Operations Manager to support program management of the highest priority strategic initiativesÂ
- Support tracking and visibility into action items & progress and help the business operate as a well-oiled machine
- 2+ years of full-time work experience at a top-tier consulting firm; prior e-commerce experience, especially within a subscription model, is a plus
- Evidence of analytical skills, problem-solving, business acumen, and strong logical thinking
- Strong written communications skills, including translating data into narratives and slide designÂ
- Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate to senior leaders in the business
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving, and constantly evolving hyper-growth environment
