The Opportunity

This role is a crucial resource for ensuring that the Worldwide Support Team is prepared to support our customers in multiple product areas. You will ensure technical training content programs and projects run seamlessly by providing well-organized administration with high professionalism. You will work closely with members of the Worldwide Support Team to develop and assist in delivering highly engaging and interactive upskilling programs for all Systems Reliability Engineers (SREs). As a core member of this fast-paced team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional organizational support in a rapidly evolving area of the business. An ability to think on your feet and manage several projects at once is a must, as well as being a proactive problem solver.

Your Role

  • Develop effective relationships with the WW Support Team, Readiness team, Support Leadership team, and the wider Nutanix team
  • Manage a growing program of technical upskilling courses, enablement programs, and ad-hoc training projects for WW Support as it relates to product support across a broad spectrum of disciplines and technologies
  • Contact and coordinate with stakeholders to build, develop, and maintain a growing portfolio of content
  • Manage and develop external vendor relationships as part of technical program development, delivery, and enhancement
  • Provide regular status updates to Support Leadership about current and future projects
  • Work closely with the Technical Training Team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver high-quality projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow a systematic approach to program design that is future-ready and scalable

What you'll bring:

  • Experience working with technical products in learning and development, enablement, upskilling, instructional, program development/management, curriculum management, and/or delivery capacity
  • Love of technical product topics, emerging hybrid multicloud technologies and platforms, program management, and program design
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you're able to work with a wide variety of people and collaborate with geographically distributed teams and effectively communicating everything from data points to critical feedback
  • Project management, and responsibility to involve all relevant stakeholders and decision makers
  • Strong leadership skills . Highly self-motivated and willing to take ownership
  • Organized and methodical with ability to think strategically, while driving tactical program execution
  • Comfortable with influencing and communicating with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communications skills with an emphasis on the ability to impact and influence people without direct line authority
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or related field required with 8+ years experience.

How We Work

As a global team, we work in various regions worldwide and function asynchronously when able. Using collaborative tools such as Asana, Slack, and Zoom, we meet in small teams weekly as needed and globally as a team each month. Each Program Manager is responsible for working most of the time autonomously but collaborating quickly when appropriate. Many of our global programs are co-managed in different regions; therefore, clear and frequent intra-team communication is paramount to our success.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $112,800 and $225,600/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
