About the Role:
We are a high-growth SaaS company and are looking for an experienced IT professional to join our growing Corporate IT team. We fundamentally believe that business success comes from hiring the most talented individuals in the world, and we are looking for a passionate professional to help build the information technology group at AlphaSense. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Business Systems. This role is based in New York, New York, and will support implementation, ongoing operations of identity solution management on Okta, and other company-wide softwares.
Who You Are:
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environment
- Minimum of 5 years of proven and progressive knowledge in IT systems administration, monitoring, inventory, reporting and documentation
- Must be proficient in administering Okta groups, users, MFA and maintenance
- Experience with Google Workspace administration and usage
- Experience with Slack administration and/or other internal communication platforms
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
What You'll Do:
- Optimize Okta Workflows aligned with group policy processes
- Okta SSO integrations and administration of the Okta user base
- Configure factor enrollments, sign on and application policies
- Day-to-day operational tasks to support users of the Okta service
- Improve automation in account, system and application provisioning
- Manage documentation on infrastructure, policies, and procedures
- Manage policies and procedures related to various collaboration applications
- Handling and resolving systems administration requests: Slack, Google Workspace, Office365 and other company SaaS applications
- Assisting the Support team with escalated cases that involve systems issues.
