Sr. Systems Administrator

JOB SUMMARY:

Be part of a fast moving, lean product development Organization, supporting the Lone Wolf family of Applications. Deliver and maintain, reliable, highly available platforms and systems to the Lone Wolf application portfolio. Work with the IT, Development, and Product teams to deliver high performing applications with best of class end user experiences.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

•Configure and maintain VMWare environments

•Configure and maintain internal systems

•Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

•Upgrade servers, devices, and network infrastructure

•Manage and upgrade storage environments

•Establish tools that will drive efficiency

•Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware

•Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications

Skills & Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Experience with iSCSI or Fibre Channel backend connectivity

•Experience with the latest versions of vSphere i.e. 6.7 and 7.x

•Experience with Disaster Recovery solutions such as Zerto/vSphere SRM (Site Recovery Manager) 

•Work experience as a Senior System Administrator

•Good knowledge of at least one scripting language

•Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks

•Knowledge of system security techniques

•Good problem-solving and communication skills

•Ability to use a wide variety of tools to manage systems and applications

•Experience with IT operations

•Strong grasp of automation tools

•Data management skills
