Sr. Systems Analyst

Overview

As a Senior Systems Analyst, you'll contribute your design, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help transform the Chick-fil-A Support Center's procurement systems and processes (primarily, inventory item procurement)

You will be the trusted partner between the Digital Transformation & Technology (DTT) department and the Support Center, achieving their procurement goals, and making shared dreams a reality.

This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our procurement systems and processes, including software applications and databases. This role will require the individual to work closely with cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise and guidance to drive continuous improvement of the procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Develop and maintain procurement systems and databases, including system configurations, workflows, and data integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop technical solutions, and provide guidance on system capabilities
• Participate in procurement software selection, implementation, and ongoing support
• Develop and maintain procurement system training materials and provide end-user support as needed
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and lead resolution efforts to ensure system uptime and data integrity
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to support procurement decision-making and continuous improvement efforts
• Develop and maintain documentation for procurement systems and processes
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our procurement systems remain best-in-class

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with procurement systems, such as Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of procurement best practices and regulations
