In this role you will:

The Sr. Systems Engineer provides tier 3 support services to employees and colleagues with technical problems and information technology issues. Provides case status updates to management and end-users. Develops, documents, and implements standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to IT infrastructure support. Acts as a lead technical resource for the infrastructure team.

A day in the life of a Sr. Systems Engineer:

• Collaborate with cross functional teams where required to identify root cause and resolutions.
• Act as infrastructure SME for both internal and business-related projects.
• Work with business users to identify and resolve day to day system related issues.
• Utilize your technical skills to identify root cause and implement solutions.
• Ensure changes to systems are implemented successfully by utilizing your knowledge/training on various software applications.
• Work with business to identify and implement process improvements where required.

Skills & Experience you'll need to be successful in this role:

• Experience with desktop imaging including MDT and Intune Autopilot.
• Experience with authentication systems including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Okta.
• Provide in-depth troubleshooting of issues.
• Experience working on different a broad spectrum of Operating Systems (Windows XP - Server 2019).
• Knowledge of working in a regulated industry and familiarity with FDA, European and SOX regulations.
• Knowledge of Office 365 Suite including Teams.

Bonus points if you have:

• Knowledge of Azure.
• Knowledge of VMWare ESXi.
• Familiar with Microsoft Bookings and Customer Voice
• A strong desire to understand/learn the process of supporting business processes, IT application, and data according to regulatory requirements.
• Experience with hybrid Exchange environments and Mimecast.
