Sr. Systems Engineer/Analyst - Missile Defense

4M is currently looking for a Sr. Systems Engineer in Huntsville, AL to provide support for architecture development through model-based systems engineering principles, requirements development, requirements management, as well as interface development and management. Candidate should possess the ability to organize and define system level requirements, decompose and allocate requirements to subsystems (performing or coordinating analyses as required), manage the requirements baseline in a relational database (such as DOORS), write clear requirement specifications, and perform detailed bi-directional traceability. The individual shall also identify all external and internal interfaces, define all parameters that characterize those interfaces (performing or coordinating analyses as required), develop interface control documents & deliverables, and participate in system architecture & design development to resolve interface issues and ensure interface compliance.

Basic Qualifications:

• STEM degree plus 15 or more years' experience
• Experience in architecture & requirements development for network-centric, software intensive DoD systems
• Experience in systems engineering, systems analysis, component analysis, or requirements analysis
• Experience with analysis of missile systems and components, RADAR systems, EO/IR systems, flight processors, discrimination and tracking processing, or threat systems and components.
• Active Secret DoD Security Clearance
