Job Summary of the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner executes efficient and scalable best-in-class practices for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and selecting high performing talent aligned with the AxoGen mindset, culture and required skills. The Talent Acquisition Partner demonstrates a passion to deliver service excellence in everything they do and serves as a resource to the Talent Acquisition team.  

Requirements of the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner

  • At least 8 years of recruiting and sourcing experience required, experience in a corporate setting strongly preferred. 
  • Proficiency and experience with applicant tracking systems preferred. 
  • Consistently demonstrates honesty, integrity and accountability. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to guide, advise and influence. 
  • Can think outside the box to develop creative sourcing solutions when needed. 
  • Must be self-driven, be able to manage the process effectively and efficiently, prioritize, have a sense of urgency, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growing and changing environment. 
  • Must have the mindset of hiring well (not just a body in a seat). 
  • Professional presence, positive attitude, team player. 
  • Penchant for continually updating the system to ensure accurate reporting. 
  • Proficiency with MS-Office, Internet recruitment sites (LinkedIn, etc.). 
  • Ability to discreetly work with confidential information. 
  • Desire to continually learn, grow and be challenged to be the best you can be. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or AA and 4 years equivalent experience required.  

Responsibilities of the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner 

The specific duties of the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner include but are not limited to:

  • Serves as a mentor to members of Talent Acquisition team. 
  • Act as Axogen Ambassador, creating an ideal candidate experience, and encouraging the team by being an example of what to do.  
  • Helps create and execute efficient and scalable best-in-class practices for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and selecting high performing talent ensuring Axogen fit, service excellence, positive candidate experience and timely results. 
  • Leads by example for consultative partnership with hiring managers to develop staffing strategies and initiatives for current and future needs. 
  • Implements sourcing strategies contributing to proactive talent acquisition using a combination of talent branding, external search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media, and other relevant methods to continually build pipelines. 
  • Manages the talent acquisition life cycle for assigned requisitions including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, advising and recommending on selection and offer details, and managing the offer and onboarding process, to ensure optimal candidate experience. 
  • Proactively and regularly communicates the status of each search to the hiring manager. 
  • Provides value proposition uniquely tailored to each candidate, ensures timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews and throughout the process, keeps a strong pulse on the interest levels and/or concerns of top candidates. 
  • Provides accurate and timely updates in systems to ensure accurate reporting. 
  • Ensures timely completion and compliance with all laws and regulations and all other relevant company training requirements
  • Recommends and participates in system and process enhancements continually striving for improvement. 
  • Leads or participates in other project work as required to support changing business requirements within a growing environment.

Benefits/Compensation

This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Salary Range

$97,603—$122,004 USD

Axogen is on a hybrid work schedule for some of our positions based out of our headquarters in Florida, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The hybrid work schedule does not include sales or facilities in Ohio or Texas.

Axogen follows healthcare system guidelines with respect to credentialing, vaccinations and other employment/compliance related requirements, as well as CDC guidance. Axogen reserves the right to amend its policies from time to time in its sole discretion.
