Procore is looking to hire a Senior Talent Generalist to join its Product and Technology (P&T) talent team. In this role, you’ll work across functions within the Global Talent Organization (GTO) and Procore to build trusted relationships and provide human resources support while leading with warmth, empathy, compassion, and creativity.
As a Senior Talent Generalist, you’ll partner with Procore employees, managers, Talent Business Partners, Talent Services, and others to ensure fair, respectful and consistent treatment of employees that align with Procore’s values. Use your problem-solving, organizational agility, and stakeholder management skills to support Talent Business Partners and the business . This is a full-time position that reports into the Director, Talent Business Partner - Product and Technology within the Global Talent Organization. This role is located in Austin, TX and is hybrid. We are looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:Â

Focus on operational excellence, enabling the talent business partners in P&T to design and deliver a talent strategy that drives business results

Roll-up your sleeves and solve complex problems in a creative, scalable and repeatable way

Collaborate with other members of the Global Talent Org to leverage expertise, systems, and processes in support of business needs.

Execute in a thoughtful, fast, disciplined manner

Analyze key trends HR metrics, identify areas of opportunity, and partner with Talent Business Partners to develop related reports, analytics and action plans.

Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement.

Navigate in the face of ambiguity.

Support talent initiatives (org redesigns), projects (planning, change management and execution) and business as usual activities (compensation reviews, employee surveys) in a variety of ways - for example - communications, reports, analysis, presentations.Â

Measure talent strategy impacts using response rates, talent metrics, etc.

Identify common themes and trends where we have an opportunities to elevate how we support and collaborate with the business, Procorians, and our fellow team members in GTO

Participate on key GTO projects/process improvement initiatives

Coach Managers and employees on policy interpretation to establish a positive employer-employee relationship

What we’re looking for:Â

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of human resources experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience working for a global tech company

Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and projects
-
Command of Workday and Google Suite applications, including Google docs, sheets, and slides
-
Possess the ability to use and understand business intelligence and data analysis software and programs, such as HRIS, for the purpose of evaluating, interpreting, and organizing data related to human resources overall.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
-
Strong interpersonal skills; maintains confidentiality; diplomatic, professional.

Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

Desire to learn and grow as an HR professional in a fast-paced, high growth company.
Additional Information
Base Pay Range $90,360-$124,245. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
