Your role at Baxter

Baxter is looking for a Mobile Device Management (MDM) Technical Analyst to support hardware, software, and cloud services. You will help deploy, lead, track, and audit mobile devices for our internal, remote employees. As the technical Analyst, you will track and troubleshoot mobile devices and coordinate the SOTI MobiControl/MobileIron cloud environment. This individual will be supporting hundreds of mobile devices in a transportation arena and guiding Baxter's fleet technology.

Your team

You will work with a team of engineers to plan, design, develop, build, and deploy new MDM solutions.

• Report status of issues, improvements, MDM functionality, and budget.
• Define and document operating procedures.

What you'll be doing

Android/IOS device and MDM device problem diagnosis and resolution. Systems Administration of the SOTI MobiControl, Intune and MobileIron MDM products. Provide support for loading of commercial off-the-shelf and in-house developed mobile applications into the SOTI application catalog and deployment of those applications. Ensure Android/IOS devices are ready for installations and deployments. Address and evaluate new OS mobile device releases for Android/IOS.

• Use of MDM solution to control OS updates for testing compatibility
• Package and deploy store software and training videos
• Ordering refresh or new user devices

Support functional activities within computer-based systems, with preferred experience in the following.

• Cisco AP, Routers, Switches and TCP/IP
• Microsoft Server (2008,2012,2016)
• Veaam Backup Solutions
• VMware platform

What you'll bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant university subject area preferred
• Validated knowledge of the Mobile Device Management process.
• 3+ years of SOTI MobiControl administration and support
• 4+ years of mobile device experience
• 3+ Years Information Technology experience.
• Experience Windows server 2008/2012/2016 installation and maintenance
