Job Description

The Sr. Technical Integration Analyst is responsible for being able to coordinate the technical product implementation defined by the sales agreement and business requirements of the customer. This role will collaborate with Enrollment, Sales, and Implementation to successfully implement the technical suite of products through installation, testing, training, and consulting activities.

What you'll be doing:

* Help lead and be a part of a team of technical integration analysts.

* Technical integration discussion and setup.

* Installation of healthcare related interfaces on client's servers.

* Installation of file automation interfaces using PowerShell scripts.

* Testing interfaces to verify full functionality and assure client's specific needs are met.

* Follow up with clients and internal teams to verify all automation is working as designed.

* Understand a client's workflow and provide workflow/setup/interface specific training based on products the client purchased.

* Actively monitor and provide feedback on the client's account post installation.

* Support end users from a technical standpoint during the course of Implementation.

* Maintain up to date and accurate documentation of the account throughout the interface installation process via Salesforce.

* Further develop and maintain:

* Overall understanding of all Waystar products and best practices on how they should be used.

* Understanding of the PM systems we install interfaces on and the technical setup of how these systems function and work with our interfaces.

* A clear understanding of clearinghouse, vendor, PM, payer, and billing entity relationships.

* Work on technical integration projects and interface implementations
