SR. TECHNICAL LEAD

Job Description (Posting).

8+ years' experience in the field of Data warehousing, ETL, and Application development.

Extensive experience with productionized data ingestion and processing pipeline using Python, Spark, Snowflake and Shell script.

Extensive experience in design and development of snowflake data pipelines using Snowpark, Streamlit and SnowCLI hosted on AWS cloud.

Proficiency in writing complex SnowSQL statements

Hands on experience with AWS Service like EC2, S3, Lambda, and airflow.

Data engineer experience with strong programming background using SQL, Python, Java, and Linux scripting(BASH).

Extensive knowledge in Spark, Hive, Sqoop and Hbase

Experience in Cloudera CDP hadoop distribution

Production Hadoop job monitoring and troubleshooting skills.

Prior experience leading ETL work, Data warehouse/Datalake development a plus.

Ability to work as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability and positive attitude.

Must have strong communication skills.

To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (2.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team. (3.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. (4.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
