As a Sr. Technical Product Manager
We're looking for someone who excels when no two days are the same. Integrity and resilience are must-haves in this job. Whether you're in meetings with clients or sales, developers, or designers, you'll be the guiding voice that helps us clarify ideas so we can create a product roadmap.
You stay close to market trends and bring innovative ideas into the mix. You love evangelizing about your product and communicate with confidence. You also have the experience of taking your product into the marketplace and positioning it competitively.
You've worked with Agile teams and product delivery cycles. You understand how to satisfy a diverse group of stakeholders. From concept to code, your voice will influence product success. A little more about WorkMarket: WorkMarket, an ADP company, is on a mission to power the future of work. We provide a Freelance Management System (FMS) that is used by today's biggest companies to organize, manage, and pay their freelancers and independent contractors compliantly.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
• You can generally discuss technical topics with engineers and navigate execution on current products while staying the course strategically.

Technical PM Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of engineering workflow, technology ecosystem, tooling and best practices
• Highly organized and able to support multiple teams and technical disciplines through a combination of product / project management
• Well versed in infrastructure configuration tooling (Terraform, AWS, Docker, Helm, etc...)
• Experience implementing continuous integration / continuous deployment
• Experience with various deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, etc...)
• Exposure to static code analysis tools
• Strong understanding of various software development methodologies (Kanban, agile, waterfall, etc...)
• Ability to develop the internal personas that will be supported by this function (engineer, QA, DevOps, etc...)
• Experience with quality / performance automation tooling and best practices
• Experience with best-in-class observability tools and how to leverage them successfully
• An understanding of best practices for local development setup
• Ability to recognize architectural friction points and collaborate with the team to remediate
• An understanding of data / engineering security best practices

The targeted base salary range for this role is listed in the compensation section below. Actual salary may be above or below this range based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. In addition, this position may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
