Are you a project manager looking to lead a variety of challenges including the successful lifecycle of an assortment of IT projects? In supporting the Cloud Services team we are a group of highly passionate, dedicated technologists supporting and developing the next generation of elite productions, as well as solving a range of sophisticated problems in innovative ways in a multifaceted environment.

In this role, you’ll also have the opportunity to support the day to day operational aspects of feature production and run projects across all banners, playing a meaningful role of implementing key initiatives for production groups within the Cloud Services Engineering teams.

What you'll do:

• Lead operational and growth initiatives from end-to-end, including collecting requirements and defining scope, schedule and resourcing for multiple cloud services teams (DevOps, SRE, DBOps).
• Support technology needs for Cloud Services.
• Ensure clear reporting of project status from project management team.
• Prioritize and call out critical operational tasks, implement project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with program management to assess and define technology roadmaps with key work and achievement dates.
• Maintain dashboards related to program metrics via MS Power BI, Jira or Smartsheets
• Identify team inefficiencies and risk areas, and implement projects or processes to streamline and improve operations.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Perform other duties assigned.

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience managing projects and teams to meet expectations for efficiency, quality, and key accomplishments, with an emphasis on IT-centric project.
• Experience with Kanban, agile methodologies and scaled agile frameworks
• Understanding of AWS core principles and core components (compute, network, security)
• AWS Certification is preferred
• Familiarity with cost optimization strategies for cloud infrastructure
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks and organizing work optimally.
• Solid meeting facilitation skills and team oriented mentality.
• Validated experience with project management & workflow/process tools, such as Smartsheet, MS Project, and Vizio.
• Solid ability to develop and present business cases via PowerPoint
