Sr. Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally with at least 3 years in a fast-paced start-up environment. As a vital member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent to fuel our company's growth and success.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for technical positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop job descriptions, and execute strategic recruitment plans.
• Employ innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct thorough interviews, and assess technical skills to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
• Drive a seamless candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, fostering long-term relationships with potential candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise on best practices and optimize recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with a world-class team of engineers, researchers, and scientists
• Shape sales best practices and company culture as we grow

What we look for:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 2 years in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.
• Proven track record in sourcing and hiring technical talent, particularly in AI, machine learning, data science, and software engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of technical skills and proficiency in assessing candidates' technical capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

What you can expect from us:

• Location: San Jose, California (hybrid, with three days in office) 

  The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $120,000-$170,000.*
