Sr. Technical Recruiter

• Own full cycle recruitment process (sourcing through close) for engineering, design, and product roles
• Use analytics to attract key and diverse talent for your searches
• Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to deeply understand their hiring needs
• Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics consistently
• Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a mix of fast-growing technology companies and more established organizations
• Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and fostering strong partnerships with hiring managers
• Greenhouse experience a plus 
• Adaptable; comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• BS/BA degree
