We are currently seeking a Sr. Technology Analyst to join our team in Wichita, KS. This role is an integral part of our technology team and will be responsible for leadership & teamwork, end user support, hardware support, and process administration.

Essential functions of the role:

Leadership & Teamwork

  • Promote technology at an enterprise level
  • Serve as a technical and procedural resource for the team
  • Assist with training in the department
  • Support the organization's key business objectives
  • Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • Work cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives

End User Support

  • Provide superior end user support to bank associates assisting them in resolving their technical issues and ensuring they have been provisioned a sound and stable computing platform that allows them to effectively perform their set of job responsibilities while demonstrating a sense of priorities across the bank

Hardware Support

  • Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, and all other computer related systems, devices, and equipment
  • Maintain documented resolutions and operating procedures including the upkeep and accuracy of laptop inventory

Process Administration

  • Document standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in processes
  • Review current processes for efficiency and effectiveness on an ongoing basis
  • Collaborate across departments to seek process improvements
  • Update procedures as needed

Requirements

  • College degree OR level of education, together with industry experience, enables the applicant to meet the job requirements
  • 5+ years of network engineering/operations experience required
  • Proficiency with full range of layer 1-7 and routing protocols, TCP/IP protocol suite, DNS, IP space management, Internet Security, switches, and routers required.
  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Office 365 required
  • Ability to be on call as needed required
  • Experience with VMware ESXi administration, Windows server administration, VoIP administration, Hypervisor, Cisco networking/router, or switches ASA administration preferred
  • CCNA, CCNP, and/or CCIE preferred
  • Experience working in a managed cloud environment (Azure/AWS) preferred
  • Hours: 40 hours per week

    Monday - Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

    Saturday: As needed
