Sr. Technology Services Lead

Job Description:
The Sr. Technology Services Lead will provide leadership across the team to maintain technology lifecycle currency and network capacity within the perimeter network infrastructure environments. They lead the strategy and planning of technology refresh, capacity planning, budget forecasting and adherence, and general program oversight and execution. This individual will be viewed as a technology subject matter expert (SME) and be able to communicate technology solutions across differing audiences including technical, managerial, business executives, senior executives and/or vendors. In addition, this individual will coach, mentor, and provide feedback and career development to members of the team. This role may direct team activities and will exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation. criterion for obtaining results. Required Skills

• Solid background with Cisco Router and Switch products.
• Good background in common network and security infrastructure Vendors such as Gigamon, Arbor, Fortinet and Arista
• Familiarity working with software and hardware vendor lifecycle programs such as end of life and end of support notifications.
• Experience Coordinating Engineering and Support teams to manage product replacement activities
• Background and experience with establishing and enforcing network baselines standard or policies
• Develop annual budgeting, continuous improvement, and network strategic planning to influence management on necessary hardware changes for lifecycle management
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Network Engineer or Network Security Engineer past experience
• Strong Project Management and Planning Experience
• Accomplished working with databases and spreadsheets (Excel , Access and SQL)
• Vendor Supply Chain management and delivery
• Technology degree or substantial equivalent experience

Desired Skills

• 10 Years Network experience with Cisco routing and switching products.
• 5 Years Network experience with Gigamon, Arista, NetScout, and Fortinet products.
• General experience with security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection, threat mitigation
• Experience in large and complex enterprise network environments o Experience Network Security Vulnerability assessments and remediation.
• Previous Team Management role a plus.
