Role Summary/Purpose:
The Tradeshow Coordinator is responsible for providing full administrative support to the Health & Wellness Tradeshow processes and team.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to the Health & Wellness tradeshow process and team
- Administrate order placing and payments for vendors used in our tradeshow program.
- Work with Company's procure to pay system, including vendor set up, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Invoice and Payment Processing for events.
- Utilize Salesforce.com and other systems use to track and communicate tradeshows.
- Maintain and communicate event and tradeshow calendar for outside sale force as well as inside stakeholders.
- Arranging travel and accommodation logistics, administration, and bookings
- Complete routine assigned and ad-hoc project work specific to designated area, including but not limited to: organization of special meetings and events, conducting cost analysis on projects, analyzing administrative business processes for improvement
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED with at least 3 years of administrative experience with demonstrated successful performance
- A minimum of 12 months experience in position with primary responsibilities of tradeshow coordination or similar experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime
- Willingness to travel to tradeshows and events is required
Desired Characteristics:
- Procure to pay systems experience
- Understanding of basic accounting functions: accounts payable, general ledger, vendor set up
- Impeccable organization and efficiency skills; strong attention to detail
- Clear, concise and articulate communication skills - verbal, written and listening
- Ability to work with independently, identifying opportunities and advising leadership timely when challenges arise.
- Can execute on projects, with the ability to provide improvement on processes to the manager and team
- Self motivated, with the ability to demonstrate assertiveness
- Team-player
- Ability to interface with a wide array of individuals, balance multiple tasks and maintain a positive attitude and energy
Grade/Level: 07
The hourly rate range for this position is $23.50 - $33.00/hr USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience or skill level.
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
- N ew hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
