The Senior Manager of Transaction Management is responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, establishing and managing the service delivery team, delivering key regional initiatives, and ensuring consistency in processes, systems, and reporting. The role also ensures efficient and consistent operation of all Transaction activities to meet contractual obligations with respect to the Client's property portfolio throughout the Americas region and achieving the Client's regional outsourcing objectives of cost savings, efficient and consistent execution, and risk management.
What this job involves
Leadership
• Establishes the vision and strategy of the regional account plans and ensuring the Client receives exceptional delivery
• Understands the Client's key business drivers and ensure those priorities are aligned with JLL's deliverables
• Ensures the account team performs with high proficiency and effectiveness
• Attracts, hires, and retains a team of top talent for deployment across variable platform delivery; maintains and seeks to improve team performance through regular coaching, feedback, and recognition
Client/Stakeholder Management
• Serves as the single point of contact for JLL's Transaction Management service delivery and escalations
• Accountable to meet Transaction Management contractual obligations of JLL
• Manages relationships with key stakeholders in the Client's organization
• Develops and implements a business plan which meets the Client's outsourcing and JLL's objectives for the account
• Develops and maintains a detailed understanding of the Client's business and real estate strategy and key factors influencing their requirement for our services
Financial Management
• Responsible for achieving the agreed account financial targets, including revenue, expenses, and debtor's targets.
• Meets the agreed account growth targets
• Finds opportunities to cross-sell JLL products
• Responsible for collection of fees from client and tracking accounts receivable
Contract Management
• Ensures adherence to the contract
• Responsible for the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, and other contracted metrics
• Implements and manages the change control process
• Manages the account governance process for the account
• Adheres to all state real estate agency requirements
Operations
• Responsible for direct management of all resources involved in the delivery of services, including team recruitment and performance assessment
• Actively manages the professional development of all direct reports
• Prepares and implements an account succession plan
• Responsible for the implementation of technology systems and reporting to support service delivery
• Develops and implements standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes for the account
• Develops, implements, and manages all [regional] initiatives and programs for the account
• Drives client-specific initiatives such as savings targets, benchmarking, and best practices
• Sources, transfers, and implements best practices for the account, including the TM Essentials process
• Drives consistency and standards in the account, including governance and reporting, SOPs, systems, and HR practices
• Establishes consistency in the monthly reporting in each country
• Prepare QBRs to the satisfaction of the Client
• Coordinates and supports the Lease Administration (LA) team in the provision of LA data and financial management services to the account.
• Serves as an escalation point for LA issues.
• Provides coordination and support of Project and Development Services (PDS) projects
• Serve as an escalation point for any PDS-related issues

Education and experience
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Transaction Management or Corporate Leasing
- Experience in both admin and retail transactions preferred.
- Real Estate Salesperson license required
- Tertiary qualifications in Real Estate and/or Finance will be advantageous
- Handled complex account structures, either running multiple teams, across multiple locations and/or regions.
- Experience in handling Client or JLL matters with sensitivity, knowing when to escalate with urgency, and how to de-escalate when appropriate
- Demonstrated experience balancing the interests of the Client with those of JLL
- Ability to translate client needs into existing or new business growth
- Experience in handling account P&Ls
