Are You:
As the Senior Treasury and Reporting Analyst, you are responsible for supporting the continuous effort to reduce the cost of funding by creating and managing superior analytics and research. Working with internal and external data, you will produce analysis and reports to drive execution excellence across unsecured/secured funding facilities.
This role will support the production of presentation materials where the audience is senior and executive management, and Element's lenders and rating agencies.

Are You:
- Someone who is experienced in securitization compliance reporting.
- Someone who can drive efficiency and effectiveness to servicer report production, leveraging automation and streamlining processes and handoffs across stakeholders?
As the Senior Treasury and Reporting Analyst, you are responsible for supporting the continuous effort to reduce the cost of funding by creating and managing superior analytics and research. Working with internal and external data, you will produce analysis and reports to drive execution excellence across unsecured/secured funding facilities.
This role will support the production of presentation materials where the audience is senior and executive management, and Element's lenders and rating agencies.
A Day in the Life
- Manage secured and unsecured compliance and covenant reporting, including monthly servicing reports for various securitization facilities and coordinate collateral management with Syndication team
- Prepare monthly secured dashboard report, highlighting month-over-month changes
- Support the process of planning and execution of secured and unsecured debt issuance, management of revolving facilities, and preparation of analytics and materials for lender and rating agency presentations.
- Support in reviewing annual rating agency publications, specifically financial metrics
- Coordinate funding-related activities with various stakeholders (e.g., Accounting, Cash Management teams, etc.)
- Support migration of servicer reports to automated tools (i.e. ABS Suite)
- Document and maintain desk procedures, policies and procedures, and business resumptions plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related area required.
- Minimum 5 years of corporate treasury/finance work experience required, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a complex, corporate Treasury function, focusing on credit and capital market transactions and funding cost optimization
- Working knowledge of administrative/servicer processes related to securitization programs
- 2-4 years of experience in financial modeling and business analysis
- Comprehensive problem-solving skills with proven ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data, assess risk and prepare financial reports
- MS Suite with Advanced Excel skills
- Bloomberg; ABS Suite; treasury workstation, accounting, and reporting systems (SAP/OneStream)
