ExelaPay a subsidiary of Exela Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: XELA) is the leading provider of innovative payment solutions and services. The Company provides ACH, Card and is expanding into real-time payments, to become a leader in customer-centric suite of payments, around bill payment and merchant solutions serving an expanding class of customers around the world. We are recruiting a Senior UI/UX leader to anchor of product teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for assessing, managing, and mitigating portfolio exposure of our card programs and banking programs.• Knowledge of Consumer Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies• Must have a consumer-centric design approach• Passionate individual that aspires to combine usability with visual design• Advance skills in web design and prototyping• Experience in native Mobile applications, SAAS and consumer adoption models.• Collaborate with the developers and other functional areas of the organization ( Sales, Marketing) to insure alignment with technical and business objectives.• Other duties may be required as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS• Adobe design suite• Full grasp of design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, or other interaction tools)• Strong portfolio showing expert concept, layout, and typographic skills, as well as creativity and ability to adhere to brand standards• Working understanding of mobile and web scalability• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, (specifically React.js and/or Material-UI codebase)• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Superior analytical abilities.• Ability to quickly learn/grasp new ideas and concepts.• Detail oriented, Hands-On, Comfortable "getting into the weeds", Collaborative but Capable of functioning Independently.• High level of organizational skills with the ability to multitask.• Ability to work at a rapid pace and meet deadlines.• Experience communicating with management teams at all levels.• Initiative and creativity with a passion to deliver quality results.• Ability to be onsite in Irving, Texas to support audit and compliance activities as need

BANK SECRECY ACT REQUIREMENTS

Responsible for adhering to the reporting and recordkeeping requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering rules and regulations, observing economic sanctions by prohibiting transactions as specified by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), following the Company's customer identification program (CIP) rules, observing all Company policies and procedures relating to BSA, OFAC, CIP, and related acts, and participation in ongoing related training.
