Job Summary:
We are growing our Design team and seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join a passionate team of designers to improve health and well-being products.

Essential Job Functions:

As a Senior Designer, you will:
* Articulate, execute, and deliver design solutions for digital health products across a variety of devices and platforms
* Collaborate with designers, product managers and engineering teams to build user interfaces that are intuitive and easy to use while maintaining the integrity and cohesiveness of Sharecare's design system
* Define the user interface for new and existing products and features
* Translate product visions into simple and delightful user experiences
* Maintain existing design systems, UI pattern libraries and style guides
* Create mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
* Evaluate the user interface of new and existing products and make constructive suggestions for change

Requirements

Qualifications:
* BA/BS, in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field
* 4+ years of experience in a similar position
* Ability to clearly communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale
* Cross-platform design experience (Web, iOS, Android)
* Proficient with user interface design patterns and UCD methodologies
* Experience working with design systems
* Good technical understanding of how to build and maintain design systems and pattern libraries
* Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills
* High proficiency in Sketch or similar design tools
* Profound experience in collaborating with diverse engineering teams
* Creative thinker with a growth mindset to learn and explore new areas and recommend new opportunities and solutions
