Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing and business team members to lead the design process for marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring high-quality visual assets that resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to produce high-quality visual content for various platforms.
  
• Create eye-catching designs for marketing campaigns & sales collaterals. (Eg. brochures, presentations, landing/web pages and illustrations )
• Maintain brand consistency by enforcing design guidelines and ensuring alignment across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and research fresh and modern design elements into projects.
• Manage your own time, document it, and meet deadlines with professionalism

Qualification Criteria 

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills in Visual Communication Design.
• 5+ years of proven experience.
• In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, illustration, and layout.
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; open to learning new tools as required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A passion for staying updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry advancements.
