As the Sr. VP of Product Marketing and Brand Management, you will lead product marketing and brand strategy across the entire, newly combined organization and its family of brands.

As the Sr. VP of Product Marketing and Brand Management at AffiniPay, you will have the opportunity to work with products that are already leaders in the profession and have a unique advantage against their competitors.  You will be responsible for building the brand strategy across all verticals and products to establish the company as a critical partner for these businesses and a leading innovator in the legal tech industry. You will be responsible for how we tell our story across channels, and; driving awareness and brand love in the market.


What You’ll Do

  • Brand Marketing
    • Lead the Brand strategy to drive reputation, engagement and loyalty through time
    • Lead the Re-brand for the portfolio of acquired brands
    • Lead the team in planning, strategizing and executing marketing campaigns and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market for our unique set of offerings, identify KPIs to drive growth for the company
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams - from creative and marketing operations to product and demand generation - to produce effective messages that drive awareness and engage customers
    • Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development
    • Coordinate activities of specialists involved in the brand positioning of the products
    • Help to develop sales tools and collateral
  • Product Marketing
    • Define high level product marketing strategies aligned to company goals and customers taking into consideration budget.
    • Work with Product Management to research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be improved
    • Drive revenue and performance, focused on segment-level market/product gaps
    • Define a go-to-market launch strategy for new features and initiatives
    • Own customer research and be a champion for the voice of the customer
    • Monitor competitive changes, propose changes to plan as needed
  • Communication Marketing
    • Build a solid plan that clearly articulates goals and KPIs for Company reputation, Employee comms, Executive comms
    • Commissioning or conducting market research
    • Overseeing market data analysis and evaluation

About You

  • 20+ years of experience in brand/product marketing
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C, and small and medium businesses
  • Experience working through acquisitions
  • Deep expertise in brand strategy and positioning
  • Experience developing integrated campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience working closely with marketing agencies
  • Excellent strategic positioning skills and ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way
  • Experience building and developing a hybrid team
  • Experience working with Demand Gen team, Ops Team, Creative/Content team
  • Experience working with Partners
  • Experience managing teams (+15)
  • Experience demonstrating ROI for Brand
  • This position is located in Austin, Texas and requires weekly in-office presence
