About you:
As the Senior Vice President of the Physician Group in our MSO value-based company, you will play a critical role in overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of the SFL (South Florida) and CFL (Central Florida) physician group. You will be responsible for driving the organization's success in delivering high-quality, value-based care to patients while ensuring the financial sustainability and growth of the physician group.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) is required.
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Active medical license with board certification in a relevant specialty is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management, preferably within a physician group or MSO environment.
- Strong understanding of value-based care models, population health management, and healthcare industry trends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the SFL and CFL physician group, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, value-based care to patients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives for the physician group, in alignment with the overall organizational strategy.
- Oversee the financial performance of the physician group, including budgeting, revenue cycle management, and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of patient-centered care and continuous improvement, promoting a collaborative and engaged work environment.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, payers, and other key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and drive performance improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and quality metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize patient outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in healthcare and proactively adjust strategies and operations accordingly.
- Lead and support change management initiatives, promoting a culture of innovation and adaptability within the physician group.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders within the MSO to align goals, share best practices, and drive overall organizational success.
