IntroWe are looking for a Sr. Web Optimization Manager to drive our CRO strategy and own the website experimentation & personalization roadmap for Simpro. This person will leverage data as well as qualitative insights to build a perspective on the audiences visiting the Simpro website and their respective journey’s through the website. Leveraging those insights to build a roadmap full of high impact growth opportunities is critical to maximizing performance across all of Simpro’s digital channels.
What you’ll do
- Develop and evolve the conversion optimization strategy for the Simpro website; including identifying high impact opportunities and defining the roadmap for ongoing testing and personalization of the Simpro Website (including web chat)
- Execute ongoing A/B testing and personalization experiences from hypothesis, test design, project management and ultimately through to result analysis / reporting
- Leverage analytics tools to drive insights on site performance as well to build a perspective on key personas and their respective digital journeysÂ
- Partner closely with Content, Product Marketing, Campaigns, Design & Development teams to ensure that roadmap aligns with their roadmaps and resourcing
What You’ll Bring
- 5 years of experience in conversion optimization with a proven track record of optimizing websites successfullyÂ
- Experience with CRO & testing tools (Mutiny, Optimizely, VWO, etc..)
- Experience running A/B tests: ideation, project management, result analysis & insights
- Experience driving personalization experiences across digital properties (understanding the concept of statistical significance is a must)
- Deep understanding of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and how to leverage them to understand website performance
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- A team player; this is a very cross-functional role
- Data driven; understanding the data behind the digital journey is key to ensuring we prioritizing the right opportunities
- Process oriented with excellent prioritization skills

Compensation Rage:Â $120-140kÂ
