Job Summary:

Are you passionate about web development? We have a great opportunity for a web developer who can create, customize and maintain the website's design and User Interface of the Supermicro website. In this role, you will have opportunity to edit and control the content which is being displayed on the website and continue to update with the emerging technologies and trends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Designing and improving the UI/UX/functionality of our websites• Writing high quality, object-oriented code• Tracking down and fixing bugs, performance issues, or display issues• Working closely with team members to make good trade-offs and deliver features that meet or exceed requirements• Applying interactive and visual design principles on websites/apps for a positive and cohesive user experience

Qualifications:• BS/MS degree in computer science or a related field or commensurate experience• 5+ years advanced HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery preferred• 3+ years working with / integrating RESTful API's and building Single Page applications preferred• 2+ years CMS (Drupal, WordPress, Joomla etc.) preferred• Experience with PHP (or similar, e.g. C#, VB, Java)• Experience with SQL (MS SQL, MySQL)• Experience with web server such as Apache, IIS• Knowledge of software implementation best practices• Experience with mobile development• Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization).• Knowledge of server technologies• Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software• Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player

Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
