Senior Windchill Developer - Carmel, IN (Hybrid if local, open to Remote with 25% travel to office)

Platform Allegion is looking for a passionate Senior Windchill Developer, IT PLM Platform to work as part of a highly engaged small team within a global organization of 12,000+ employees, representing 30+ brands (including Schlage, Von Duprin and LCN) focused on safety, security and access management. You'll work on solutions that will enable seamless access and help keep you and your loved ones safe and secure where they work, live and thrive.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and maintain Windchill software in accordance with project requirements and client specifications.
• Analyze project requirements and design Windchill PLM solutions to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Configure and implement Windchill modules such as PDMLink, ProjectLink, or MPMLink
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, project managers, business analysts, software developers, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Ensure that all Windchill solutions are scalable, efficient, and maintainable.
• Identify and troubleshoot Windchill system issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Windchill solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest Windchill technologies and advancements to enhance development and delivery efficiencies.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in the development and maintenance of Windchill PLM software
• Proficient in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and SQL
• Solid understanding of Windchill data model and data ingestion techniques
• Experience with configuring and implementing WINDCHILL modules such as PDMLink, ProjectLink, or MPMLink
• Strong knowledge of RESTful Web, Web Services, and SOA architectures
• Strong knowledge in integration Windchill to ERP systems
• Experience with Continuous Integration, Automated Deployment, and Test-driven Development
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in Agile methodologies.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% to Carmel, IN office

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

• The expected Base Salary Range: $103 -$132K/ annual salary. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
• Bonus Eligible: Yes
